Thank you to all who have applied. Recently, we initiated the process of sending emails to participants who have been accepted into the program. Please also check your spam mail!
The application period for the #TechElevateHER Tech & Entrepreneurial course is from January 22nd to February 19th, 2024. The application process involves filling out a form and submitting a self-recorded video application (not to be posted on TikTok). Notifications regarding acceptance to the course will be sent to participants via email by February 23rd, 2024.

Admission criteria
You define yourself as a woman
You have turned 18 years old and not yet 26 years oldYou are a legal citizen of at least one of these countries – Sweden, Finland, Norway, DenmarkYou are in someway interested in entrepreneurship, science, technology, engineering, and/or mathematicsYou have a valid passportYou speak and understand English
Application video
To apply for the course, you need to send us your application through the form above, and we also ask you to send us a video introducing yourself and why you think you would be a valuable asset to this team of co-learners. We would also like to hear about a time you made someone understand a difficult idea or concept.
Name your video your “County_full name” (for example Sweden_Anna Svensson) and send your application video with the subject line: “Application Step 2 video” to TechElevateHer@geekgirlmeetup.com by the date: 19th of February 2024, at 23:50.
Try to keep the video to one, maximum two minutes. Stay true to yourself, and your style, and don’t forget to have fun!We understand that English might not be your native language and want to remind you that fluency in English is not a criteria to join. See the course as a chance to improve!

The application is not complete without the application being sent in.
Assignment:
In the video, please state:
1. Your name, country, and city.
2. Tell us about a time you made someone understand a difficult idea or concept.
3. Tell us a line or two about yourself and why you think you would be a valuable asset to this team of co-learners.
Format:
The video can be longer, up to two minutes, but of course, we prefer it to be within one minute. Please stay true to yourself, and your style, and don’t forget to have fun!
Please name your video your “County_full name” (for example Sweden_Anna Svensson). Send your application video with the subject line: “Application Step 2 video” to TechElevateHer@geekgirlmeetup.com by the date: 19th of February 2024, at 23:50. If the video is too heavy to send, please use a service like We Transfer to send the video.
Expect us to get back to you within 1-2 weeks, at least by the end of February 23rd.
