Weekend 1:
On the first weekend, we all travel to meet up in Venice of the North – Stockholm, where you stay at the modern and central Hotel Urban Deli for a kick off and a pulsating weekend filled with in-person lectures, workshops, networking, dinner parties, study visits and, of course, some free time for sightseeing.

Weekend 2:
On weekend number two it’s time for the Finnish participants to get moving to Helsinki! There you will join an exclusive in-person get together, attend workshops and lectures and hang out with some pretty great leading women in Nordic tech and entrepreneurship. Between two intensive days of exploring, you will stay at Hotel Anna.

Non-Finnish attendants will tag along on lectures and workshops, but doing so from the comfort of your own homes, online.

By the time we reach weekend number 3, spring has arrived in the North. Tiger City calls all Norwegian citizens to meet in the capitol where prominent lecturers and continued exploration await. Here, you will stay at Thon Hotel Cecil, while attendees from outside Norway will experience lectures and workshops online, whether in light green forests or on sun-drenched streets in their respective hometowns.

Weekend number four is the final one, and it will probably feel a bit bitter sweet as we all travel to meet for the last time as a TechElevateHER-group in “Kongens By” – Copenhagen. Let's make it a weekend to remember! Besides joining lessons in tech and entrepreneurship, this weekend provides a great opportunity to form new friendships and extract the last drops of knowledge and inspiration from all the brilliant minds that have surrounded you this spring. Of course, there will be time for some Tuborg and Rød pølse in the city and some sweet dreams as guests at Fairfield Copenhagen Nordhavn hotel.

The course includes a real game-changer – an exclusive mentorship course featuring private talks with one accomplished female STEM innovator or entrepreneur, paired with your interests. Your mentor is an inspirational source, a well of force and a mainstay for you during the course. Use the time together with your mentor to ask questions about career choices, personal development areas, educational opportunities and take the opportunity to be inspired by how your mentor herself has progressed in the industry.

An introduction to the mentorship-part of the course will be held under the first course-weekend, but later it will be up to you to make sure to book your sessions with your mentor, at times that you agree on together.

This course includes two online lectures during the spring. The first one is on April 6th and the second one is on May 4th 2024 and you will attend them remotely. The lectures contain a variation of hard and soft skills within tech and entrepreneurship and deepens your knowledge from the weekend sessions. It's a great way for you to stay connected to your fellow course participants and to meet new role models from the STEM industry.
